Thailand profile. Since the June 2025 MOPH notification, cannabis flower is prescription-only. Every regulated sale must be tied to a PT-33 (พ.ท.33) order form holding the prescriber's licence number, the patient's diagnosis, and the product/dosage. Records stay on the premises and inspectable — 5 years for the sales paperwork (Accounting Act B.E. 2543 §14); the DTAM has published no separate period. Buyer must be 20+. No online, vending-machine or advertised sales. Flower must come from a GAP-certified farm. There is no Metrc in Thailand and no interface to report through — so BudPOS keeps its own immutable sales ledger and hands you the monthly ภ.ท.27 / ภ.ท.28 figures to file at the DTAM portal yourself.
